is physical, and, yes, we will sweat, but it is so much more - it is an all encompassing “work in” that incorporates poses for full body strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation.
Gentle Chair Yoga
is less physical. At one time or another we all have to take extra special care of ourselves due to injury, illness, surgery, or medical treatment. The full benefits of yoga can be safely accessed while sitting comfortably in a chair. We can use yoga - as mindful movement meditation - to take an active part in the healing process.
Yoga for Seniors
Enhances strength, flexibility, balance, breath, and posture while seated comfortably in a chair. While there are many benefits of aging, they do not simply appear with age. We need to cultivate them, not avoid them as we are conditioned to do. Incorporate yoga as part of a holistic plan for healthy living.
Yoga for Golf
works toward enhancing the flexibility, strength, balance, and focus needed to fully enjoy the game of golf.
